Residential Aerial Flyover | Drone Capture & Video Production

This residential aerial flyover was captured and produced using the DJI Air 3S.

I managed the full process, including flight execution, footage capture, and video
editing, to create a smooth, cinematic view of the property and the surrounding neighborhood.

The result is a dynamic perspective that highlights the property in a way traditional
ground-level visuals cannot.

I handled the full production process—from flight execution and shot composition to
editing and music selection—bringing the footage together into a cohesive, cinematic sequence.

The final piece highlights the property’s layout, exterior features, and surrounding
environment from multiple perspectives, creating a polished visual that goes beyond simple
aerial capture.

Collaborated with Michael Johnson, owner of New Age Fitness, to produce a sizzle reel
supporting the brand’s marketing efforts.
